Pohjola Constructions is Adam Vasey, a licensed builder and carpenter with 17 years on the tools and running jobs. After a country apprenticeship, Adam built and ran his own renovation company in Helsinki for a decade, specialising in full apartment renovations, before returning to Sydney to lead high-end residential builds across the Eastern Suburbs.

That mix of hands-on carpentry and project management is what sets Pohjola apart. On your job, one builder plans the work, brings in the right trades, and stays across every detail from first wall to final finish. No big-outfit runaround, just the carpentry skills to do the work and a trusted network to handle everything around it.

We work on full internal renovations of apartments, houses and terraces, including heritage properties, as well as bathrooms, kitchens, laundries and outdoor projects. Bathrooms are waterproofed with the Wedi board system for a more reliable, longer-lasting wet area. The result is renovations that are functional, beautifully finished, and built to last.
