Not every job is a full renovation, and Pohjola Constructions takes on smaller carpentry repairs and maintenance across the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West with the same care as a larger project. It covers general carpentry fixes, timber and joinery repairs, and smaller internal works that keep a home in good order.

These jobs often come from clients we have already renovated for, or from people who simply need a reliable, licensed builder for something that does not warrant a full renovation team. Adam handles the work personally, so you are dealing with the same experienced builder whether the job is a full apartment reno or a single door that needs rehanging.

No job is treated as too small to do properly. Whether it is a repair in a Bondi apartment or general maintenance on a Leichhardt terrace, the same standard of workmanship applies, and the same licensed, fully insured builder shows up to do the work.
