We manage the practical side of working within a strata building, including liaising on access and any required sign-off, as part of the renovation project.

Is Wedi board really necessary this close to the beach?

Coastal moisture is harder on a bathroom than most people realise, so our waterproofing goes well above the NCC standards, higher up the walls with a third coat. Where the space allows we also use the Wedi board system, built for these conditions rather than just compliant with them.
