Renovations and carpentry across the Inner West

The Inner West is workers cottages, Victorian and Federation terraces, and streets sitting inside heritage conservation areas, across Glebe, Leichhardt, Marrickville and Newtown. It is a different renovation problem to a beachside apartment block: narrow floorplans, older structures, and often a heritage overlay to work within.

Full internal renovations are our lead service, including heritage-listed homes and properties within conservation areas. Bathrooms are waterproofed above the NCC minimum standard, with Wedi board used where possible, and custom joinery makes the most of the storage a period terrace rarely has enough of. One licensed builder manages the whole project, coordinating the trades a heritage renovation needs.
