A full internal renovation touches every room, and it is where Pohjola Constructions started. Adam Vasey manages complete internal renovations of apartments, houses and terraces across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Inner West, from Bondi and Coogee through to Newtown and Leichhardt. The work covers structural changes, layout adjustments and every finishing trade, all run by one builder rather than a rotating cast of subcontractors.

That background matters on this kind of job. Adam apprenticed in the trade, then spent a decade running his own apartment-renovation company in Helsinki before leading high-end builds in Sydney. He brings that experience to terraces in heritage conservation areas and heritage-listed homes, working with the existing building rather than against it, and to the tight floor plans typical of Eastern Suburbs apartments.

Wet areas within a full renovation are waterproofed with the Wedi board system for a more reliable, longer-lasting wet area. Because one person plans, manages and stays on site for the whole project, decisions made in the kitchen carry through to the bathroom and the joinery, and there is a single point of contact from the first wall coming down to the final coat of paint.
